You won’t need to run down to the dairy (Kiwi slang for the convenience store) to grab your favourite snack or drink, just head to our fully stocked snack cupboard and drinks fridge. Our team is also incredibly generous so you’ll often find baking or treats from the US office in the kitchen. They don’t last long, so get in quick!

Generosity is more than a buzz word here. Generosity extends further than our product & services helping our Customers be more generous in their communities; we also support our employees helping their community through our employee led Pushpay Cares program. We’re proud that our teams have supported so many different causes year on year.
One of our core values is People come First that means making work ‘work’ for you. You will have access to adjustable chairs, standing desks & mats, the usual ergonomic computer gear & bean bags. We encourage our staff to get out of the office, so it’s not unusual to have walking meetings or lunch in the park – of course, we provide the picnic mats & sunscreen.
Hangouts aren’t just for Google – multiple events are organised to enable our team to be able to connect on more than just a work-level. There’s always a bit of banter in the lunchroom and the preferred method of communication is puns. You’ll find us together every Friday afternoon winding down from the work week with some pizza and beer.
We are truly passionate about coffee – our coffee machine makes more cups than a small cafe. Don’t worry if you haven’t got the skill of a barista, inductions here include our coffee connoisseurs training you on the art of making the perfect coffee*.
