The States Below are Required to Pay State Sales Tax

We realize nobody likes paying taxes. It has an impact on your organization and potentially your ability to fuel your mission. A number of states have started requiring organizations in certain states to collect sales tax on Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, and a Supreme Court decision this summer in the case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. has enabled states to impose sales tax on SaaS, even in states where Pushpay has no physical presence.

If your state is omitted from this list, it does not necessarily mean that you are exempt from paying sales taxes in your state.
