Having led CX at Charles Schwab, Gusto, Toast, and Pushpay, he specializes in leveraging technology to make work easier for traditionally underserved communities—from small business owners and restaurateurs to local churches. Believing that great support is an essential part of the product experience, Cole is passionate about scaling teams that deliver genuine delight. Based in Colorado, he is married with three kids and spends as much time outdoors as possible—skiing, camping, hunting, and fishing.
