How to Run Background checks today using Checkr:

1. Navigate to a volunteer’s page within Pushpay, click Actions > Order Background Check, select a specific background check package, and click Run.
2. Next, the potential volunteer receives an invitation from Checkr to complete the required authorizations and disclosures.
3. Checkr completes the background check. The status of the report will be listed in the Pushpay candidate dashboard. Once complete, click on it to open the report in the Checkr Dashboard, and review details.
