Great way to tithe!
I love the ease of hooking up my bank account and being able to tithe to my church. I have been to two different churches that use this software and it has been great each time. The ease of using your smartphone and connected wallet makes it so simple. You can set up reminders or even make it autopay. You can use multiple cards, and it is very easy to choose which card you would like to use.
I found Pushpay very satisfactory for our church.
Pushpay is simple to use. They have strong campaigns that helped me understand how to use Pushpay. They have excellent customer service. They help you create your own phone app and web application.
Pushpay has helped our church increase giving on a consistent basis
Since we began using Pushpay, our online giving has increased on a regular basis, making it one of the best tools we use when it comes to giving for our constituents.
We use Pushpay for all of our online church giving
Pushpay makes giving very simple and gives you a free app you can use along with their app and software. They are very helpful in terms of customer service and very responsive to inquiries and problems.
LOVE this improvement from our old platform!
Very slick looking and we LOVE the free app that came with it! Also, customer service was fast, friendly, and helpful.
What methods of payment can people use to give?
Your members can give using credit or debit cards (including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX) or ACH bank transfer. You can also record all of your offline giving (like cash, checks, stocks, and other non-monetary gifts) easily through the admin experience portal.
Do I need to pay for implementation?
No. We don’t charge for our implementation. We offer support and coaching, and for the duration of your time as our customer you’ll have access to videos, templates, and other help documents on the resource center page within the admin portal.
Do I need to pay for customer support?
No. Our award-winning customer support is included for all of our customers.
What type of support is available to my community members?
We understand that your members are going to need support also. So not only do we have a support center for our customers, we offer a support page specifically for our end-users (your members). And if a church goer calls our help line, we will not turn them away. We treat your customer like they are our customers, too.
Do I need to sign a contract with Pushpay?
Yes, our contracts are built to last 36 months. We’ve found that customers who commit to a long-term partnership with Pushpay see greater participation and generosity through the platform in the long run. And since your success is our goal, we want to encourage principles that support that goal.
Can I collect unlimited donations through Pushpay?
We do not put a limit on the number of donors or donations per month that you can collect using our platform.
Does Pushpay integrate with my ChMS?
We’re working hard to assemble the broadest portfolio of collaborative partnerships that help you connect with your members and grow your ministry. Pushpay currently integrates with Church Community Builder, Fellowship One, Ministry Platform, Planning Center Online, Rock RMS, Elvanto, Seraphim, UCare, One Church Software, TouchPoint, Servant Keeper, Shelby Arena, Quickbooks Online, and more. Additionally, we have native file formats that allow easy to use exporting with numerous other systems. We have also created a public API– an Application Programming Interface that allows you to build software, or use solutions developed by third parties, which integrate with the pushpay platform.
Can I use Pushpay if I’m not a church?
Yes. While churches are our main focus, we also support ministries, missions, and other types of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Is Pushpay secure?
Pushpay is committed to data security. We use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When Pushpay transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card number), Pushpay protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Pushpay itself is a fully PCI-DSS Compliant Level 1 Service Provider, in addition to working with PCI-certified partners. This is the highest certification available. The PCI DSS is an information security standard created by the PCI Security Standards Council formed by the major credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) based on applying additional levels of security to ensure merchants meet their expectations. As a PCI compliant service provider, Pushpay’s software development standards, infrastructure, and organization are audited annually by a certified external party.
